Updated Health Business Services (HBS) portal home page
All portal users will now land on the Health Business Services (HBS) home page. From there, users can access the Office of Drug Control service under the My services section on the home page.

International registration now available
People residing outside of Australia can now register for the Health Business Services (HBS) portal using the International user registration option. This registration option requires an email address, a password, and successful completion of an identity check.

Portal ‘How to’ guides are now available to support both new and existing users in navigating and using Health Business Services (HBS) portal. These guides provide step-by-step instructions for key tasks such as accessing and managing services in the portal.
