• An HBS portal invitation email.
• The 9-digit invitation code included in the email.

The invitation code expires. The expiry date is shown in the email.

1. Open your invitation email and note the invitation code.
2. Register for, or sign in to, the HBS portal.
3. From the HBS home page, select Action invitation.
4. Enter the 9-digit invitation code and select Submit.
5. If the invitation was sent to an email address that is not in your HBS user profile, you will need to verify that email address before continuing.

1. Select Verify email.
2. We will send a verification code to the invitation email address.
3. Enter the verification code and select Verify code.
4. A confirmation message will appear once the email address is verified.

1. Once verified (if required), the invitation details will be displayed.
2. Review the information, acknowledge the declarations, and select Accept or Decline.

• Your new service permissions will be set up.
• You will return to the HBS home page.
• The relevant service tile will be shown in the My services section. You can use this to access the service.
• If this is a new service for you, it may take a few minutes before it is available to access.

• The service will be notified.
• You will be asked to confirm your decision.
• You will return to the HBS home page where a message will confirm that you declined the invitation.
• If you decline an invitation, you will not be associated with that account in the service. If you change your mind or need access later, you will need to receive a new invitation.

• You will be told that the invitation code has expired and be asked to enter a valid invitation code.
